Courses can be transferred to another date with 72 hours notice
⏳Lateness/ failure to show up:
I will send a reminder the day before to confirm the training day as well as the time you’re due to be in.
You will NOT be charged a late fee it will just take time away from your model.
Failure to show up will result in the training day being cancelled and you will NOT, under any circumstance, receive a refund.
👑You will be required to bring a model who suitably fits the treatment. For example:
- Brow lamination courses require the model to have full brows with no gaps ect
- They must also meet all requirements and contraindications
If you struggle to find a model, please let me know and I can help! Failure to bring a model without letting me know will mean you can NOT complete your course and you will NOT receive a refund.
If for any reason I need to cancel outside of the 72 hour window, you will be entitled to a full refund if you don’t wish to reschedule!
❄️Weather issues:
If you can’t make it to me due to snow, you will be entitled to move your course to another date without being charged. You will NOT receive a refund under any circumstances
😷Illness/ emergencies:
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling in these circumstances is at my discretion and may require evidence.
📲Course Suitability & Prerequisites
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure the course is suitable for their skill level and meets any prerequisites. No refunds will be issued for incorrect course selection.
🎓Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of competence.
If a student does not meet the required standard, additional practice or assessment may be required.
🧼Hygiene, Safety & Conduct
Students must follow all hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
We reserve the right to refuse training or remove a student for unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
📄Liability
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings.
Students are responsible for their own insurance following qualification.
